The Board of Directors for the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts has always strived to provide a cost-effective, quality maintained facility for the community to use and enjoy. The rates listed below are based on the actual cost of operating the facility.
Rental Fees: The greater of $125.00 per occupied day or 8.0% of gross receipts (excluding refreshments). Not-for-profit organizations pay the greater of $85.00/day or 8% of gross sales. A not-for-profit organization must provide a copy of its 501(c)3) determination letter issued by the Internal Revenue Service to qualify for this special rate.
Our facility has a seating capacity of 435.
Cleaning Fees: $100.00 minimum fee, plus hourly rate of $25.00 for additional cleaning if necessary. Renter has option of cleaning facility.
Damage & Cleaning Deposit: $300.00 (non-refundable if dates cancelled)
Technical Fees: $17.50 per hour for facility staff to run equipment, lights, sound, etc., should tenant not have qualified personnel.
Loading Fees: $10.00 per hour for facility staff to assist in "load-in/out".
Facility Policies
Rental Period: Rental of theater is for consecutive occupied days, unless all scenery, props, instruments, etc. can be cleared from stage and wings entirely to allow for rental to another party.
Sub-Leasing: The Theatre may not be sub-leased at any time for any reason.
Tickets: Tenant must provide at least one ticket outlet in Bigfork other than the Theatre Box Office.
Keys: Tenant is responsible for returning all building keys checked out to them. Any missing keys will create the need to re-key the entire building at full expense to the tenant.
