Rental Season

The Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts is available for rent from October 1 through  April 30 only.

 

Lobby Rental Only:  $175 per day

 

Full Theater Rental Rate

The greater of $350.00 times the net number of days occupied or 8.0% of gross ticket sales.

 

Special Not-for-profit Rental Rate

The greater of $175.00 times the net number of days occupied or 8.0% of gross ticket sales.

 

Not-for-profit organizations must provide the Foundation with a copy of their IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter to qualify for this rate.

 

Damage Deposit

$500.00 (non-refundable cancellation fee)

 

Technical Fees

$25.00 per hour

 

Load-In/Out Fees

$25.00 per hour

 

Ticket Sales

Online sales shall be made through the tix.com program set up for the Foundation.  Tenant must also provide at least one ticket outlet in Bigfork.

 

Rental Period

Rental of theater is for consecutive occupied days, unless all scenery, props, instruments, etc. can be cleared from stage and wings entirely to allow for rental to another party.

 

Sub-Leasing

The theater may not be sub-leased at any time for any reason.
